Returns Policy

Contact must be made within 72 hours of receiving products to notify of faulty or damaged goods. Timing shall commence from the delivery time indicated on courier or postal tracking systems. Contact shall be made with Morning Mummy, prior to returning goods so that we can best decide a course of action. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the buyer.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement for the faulty item free of charge under any relevant legislation. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, and all goods must be returned in their original packaging.

The purchaser must meet the cost of returning goods. Morning Mummy is liable for the costs of sending the replacement item back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty, or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs, and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
